This Basic Boule Bread is perfect for beginners! 3 Cups Bread Flour. 1.5 Cups Warm (not hot) Water 1 tsp Active or Instant Yeast. 1 tsp Kosher Salt. 1/2 tsp Sugar. Thoroughly mix ingredients into a sticky dough, cover and allow to proof in a warm place anywhere from 4 to 16 hours but you will get the best result allowing it to proof 12-16 hours. Heat cast iron Dutch Oven in 450° oven and shape dough into a ball, place onto parchment paper, cover and allow to proof an additional 15-20 minutes.Bak
