This is one of my favorite cakes, carrot cake, this year I decided to decorate it a simple yet elegant way for our New Year’s Eve dinner. It’s incredible how with the help of a spatula you make your cake look prettier. Oh and of course I had to add a little diamond dust to make it sparkle.
