Day 14 of cutting back. I didn’t realize how much nicotine was still affecting my sleep until last night when I finally gave myself a couple hours before bed without it. Even though pouches don’t feel stimulating in the same way caffeine does, they still keep your nervous system more “awake” than most people realize. Last night was the first time in a long time I actually woke up feeling rested instead of foggy. Not quitting overnight. Just paying attention and making small changes. #nicotine #a
