Yoga time at the crib been on a 90 hot yoga challenge. Couldn't make it to the studio in time so I did a Venus series at home. This isn't all the moves but some of them. I feel great, I been building up my leg strength, core strength and flexibility. Watch in two more months Ill be doing so much more in my dance.
